qn sss, NEW OFFICERS AT ZB STATIONS "TRANSFERS and changes in the personnel of the NCBS include the appointment of Mr. S. J. Duff as director of station 3ZB, Christchurch, in place of Mr. F. W. Simpson, who has resigned to take up a position in Sydney.
Mr. Merton Bulliyant, advertising manager for 38ZB, has been appointed acting-station-director at 2ZB, Wellington. Mr. Bullivant, whose appointment tu 2ZB is from July 1, has had a long assvuciation with radio, plus an intensive study of commercial radio in Australia. One time organiser in the Soutii Island for the Federation of Radio Listeners. he was also well known in Christchurch as director and sales manager of H. W. Bullivant and Co. Mr. Bullivant managed the New ZeaJand Bulletin. before leaving for Australia to study commercial broadcasting.
