ACH French broadcasting: region ‘is to have its Association of Listeners, whose meetings’ may be atterided by any licensed listéner in the -region; each association will ‘elect ten representatives to a regional managing council of twenty, the other: ten, presumably, to be nominated by the- broadcasters and the Governmént, and this committee of twenty will direct programme policy.
