Shortwave Club Notes
From the Secretary’s Pen. (By A. B. McDonagh, See., N.Z. S.W.C., 4 Queen St.. Wellington). R. H. I, JOHNS, who has been visiting Wellington, has been assisting at Club headquarters. He has now returned to Wanganui and will take charge of club activities for the district. Mr. Johns’ address js 45 Abbott St. Wwe are now commencing a campaign for 200 new members with a view to extending the work, enlarging the "Shortwaver" and completing the equipment of the club’s radio station. The members’ year commences on recepit of the annual sub. of 5/-. N view of recent correspondence I have found it necessary to state that the N.Z-S.W.C., coupled with the DX Club and the N.Z.A.R.T., have not, as radio societies, been antagonistic to the Broadcasting Board. Note to Correspondents. Wwourp contributors please note that shortwave logs sent in for publication are of very little use to readers unless they are of recent date?
