Seen by Duke and Duchess: of Kent on Honeymoon TOTAL of 202,500 feet of film was shown te the Duke and Duchess ef Kent during their recent honeymoon at Himley Hall, Pngland. The sereeninz occupied an aggregate running time of 37% hours, and included 18 features, 25 comedy cartoon and interest shorts, and five issues of the Gaumont-British News.
On each and every day from Novem‘ber 30 until the day of their departure, December 12, so keen were the Duke and Duchess that a film programme was requested by them. The full lis: of feature films shown was as follows: "Bella Ddnna," "Crime Without Passion," "Great Expectations," "Hollywood Party," "It Happened One Night," "King of Paris," "Madame Du Barry," "Murder at the Vanities," "My Heart is Calling," "One Night of Love," "Queen Christina, " "The Iron Duke," "The Man Who Knew Too Much," "The Merry Widow," "The Red Headed Woman," "The Slump is Over," "The Thin Man," and "Those Were the Days."
