Speeches will be given over the air hetween 7.30 and 8 p.m. by the Post-master-General (Hon. Adam Hamilton), Mr. H. D. Vickery (chairman of the New Zealand Broadcasting Board), and Mr, J. H. Owen (chairman of the Advisory Council to the Broadcasting Board). A special programme (given in full on page 28 of last week’s ‘Radio Record’’) has been arranged, the artists including Messrs, Frank Hutchens, J.
