New Air Mail Service Brings Details of — English Programmes to N.Z. Listeners. | HE "‘Radio Record"’ is pleased to be able to offer to readers a new service in the form ' of full details of the shortwave. programmes specially broadcast by the B.B.C. from Daventry for Australian and New Zealand listeners. The opening of the new air mail service between England and Australia has made this feature possible, and the programmes published below were brought to Australia by the first of the new mail ‘planes on the inaugural flight, and were then rushed across Australia by ‘plane to connect with the New Zealand mail. The times are New. Zealand summer times.
