Dr. S. H, Skaife, who will be in charge of the new service, considers that the system is particularly suited to South Africa, with ils vast distances and isolated schools. Subjects will be selected by the Super-intendent-General of Hducation on the advice of an advisory committee to he appointed from the Cape Bducation Department, the African Broadcasting Company, and the South African Teachers’ Association,
