THE Huddart, Parker vessel Wanganella has now the additional attraction of a talking picture installation. This consists of the latest type of R.C.A. photophone apparatus, manufactured at Amalgamated Wireless Sydney works. It is equipped with a double projector to ensure continuity in the screening of films. Wntertainments were given on board the vessel last Saturday and Monday evenings, and reports to hand are to the effect that the performances were the subject of favourable comment by passengers, who expressed delight at the excellent quality of the projection and the sound reproduction. * * ™ A PRESSMAN discovered that the Radio Corporation of America, whose campaign, "A radio in every office,’ made such a stir throughout the country, has not provided for radio’ equipment in any office in the R.C.A. Building in "Radio City’; neither special electric plugs for receivers, nor centralised aerials for multiple use.
