T is reported that the Moroccan stations at Algiers and Rabat are to be increased in power to 75 and 50-kilo-watts respectively. TX America it is generally expected that the famous violinist [Fritz Kreisler will finally give up his declinatory attitude with respect to the broadcasting of his concerts, and that he will shortly appear before’ the microphone. Kreisler declares with the well-known modesty typical of a great genius that he has come out of the old school and that he first wishes to be acquainted with playing to the microphone before he can have his performance broadcast. .
