THE British-owned broadcasting station at Buenos Aires, "Radio Excelgior," has just replaced its old 20 kilowatt transmitter with one of 200 kilowatts. Radio Excelsior has one of the highest aerials in the world. It is suspended between two towers 700 feet high.
