Nellie Cooke's Reply Was Not Satisfactory

To the Editor. Sir,-In reply to "Nellie Cooke," Glen Massey, I must state that her letter does not satisfy one at least of the gentlemen concerned. I consider that her invitation to close the correspondence was given because she realised she had said too much and wished to withdraw from the fray. I am afraid I cannot congratulate her on her choice of announcers, I agree entirely with the views of T. H. (Opotiki), and go further to assert that Gordon Hutter is the best sports announcer in Australia or New Zealand. May I suggest that "Nellie Cooke" is a Patterson fan?-I am, ete.,
