THE example set by Radio Luxembourg, namely, a transmitter for the purpose of widespread publicity, is arousing considerable interest on the eontinent. It is now reported that Rumania is inclined to follow this lead and that negotiations are already proceeding with a foreign group of financiers to secure capital for the instaliution of a super-power transmitter at Temesvar near the Hungarian border. Will more imitators come along?
