any licensed broadcasting authority the right to describe any sporting event sponsored or participated in by any education institution receiving financial support from the State or a subdivision. The Bill would make it unlawful for any. executive officer, board of trustees or any person acting on behalf of such an institution to refuse the right to any licensed station. ta . * OTTERDAM harbour-has just been enriched by a new installation by means of which it is possible for telephone subscribers to communicate qith tug-boats and barges in the Riwer Meuse and on all: the canals in the neighbourhood.
