Rapid Rise in Figures THE latest license figures representing those in force at September 30, 1982, show that during the last month an amazing increase of 3000 has taken place, The greatest increase has taken place in the Wellington district, where 1200-odd fresh licenses have been taken out. With three more returns to come before the end of the year, it is apparent that the goal of 85,000, set a& month or so ago, will be surpassed. ,
