Auckland Notes At 7.40 pm. Mr. W. 2B. Priestley will give a talk on "Modern Ballroom Dancing." Mr. L. Zanderigo, who has not been heayd from 1YA for some years, as he as been visiting his native country, Italy, will be heard in piano-ac-cordeon solos. Phil Jury is making his debut at 1YA in several trombone solos. Mr. J. C. Brougham, who reeently gave several talks on the French Foreign Legion, will give a talk on "‘Wartime Spies."
Wellington Jottings R, IAN HENNING takes the W.E.A. session, discussing "The Mind of Post-war HBurope-France." Loeal artists and recordings will provide a variety programme this evening, Chewnin and Lissen, a talkative pair, will entertain with dialogues in their first appearance at QYA. From 3YA and 4YA OYA’S light vaudeville programme will consist mainly of recordings, including a potted pantomime, "DickWhittington," and "Radio Impersonations." and Maori songs by the Tahiwis.
