From Auckland URING this evening’s recorded programme Sophie Braslau will be heard in two Schubert songs, one of which will be "The Hrl King." At 9 o’clock a talk on "Argentina and the Ottawa Conference" will be given by Captain F. H. Billington.
Wellington Notes In each half of 2YA’s programme twenty minutes will pe devoted to the Melodie Five, who will broadcast some of their brightest entertainment. Numerous recordings will be included in the evening’s programme, comprising items by John Henry, Graves and Clifton and Gracie Fields. Dunedin Jottings A W.H.A. session will be taken by Mr. A, Salmond, M.A., who will give the first of a series of lectures on "The Aspect of Hducation in Russia." Preceded by a half-hour’s recital of the latest recordings, the Mosgiel Band under Mr. James White will give a programme.
