MONDAY
Features from Wellington MES. A. P. TRUDA (soprano) and Mary Bald (contralto) will be the vocalists to-night. They will be heard in solos and duets, a number of which will be new to listeners. Further vocal numbers will be provided by recordings.
Pianoforte solos will be played by Ernest Jenner and the 2YA Orchestrina, under Signor A, P. Truda, will contribute its share to the eyening’s instrumental programme. At 9 pm..Mr. von Haast will give one of his travel lecturettes, this time on "HWlorence and the Renaissance." Items from Christchurch NDER Lieutenant ©. H. Hoskin, the band of the First Canterbury Regiment will provide the concert programme, . Notes "THE next instalment of the 4YA Musie Lovers’ Competition will be broadcast at 7.35. The recorded programme will be one of wide variety. At9p.m. Dr. Walter Boroman will give a talk on "Problems of Population."
