At 7 o’clock the ‘service conducted in Vivian Street Baptist Church by Pastor W. G. Carpenter will be relayed. Afterward & concert by the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve Band under Mr, Harry Baker, will be broadcast. * 3YA Selections service conducted in Trinity Congregational Church, Christthurch, by the Rev. D. Gardner Miller Will be broadcast. Mr. Len Boot will be at the organ, with Mr. Jas. Shaw @s choir conductor. Recorded items will predominate in 3YA’s after-church Programme (which will also be broad- ; fast by 4YA, Dunedin, and 4ZP, In- | Wercargill). An interesting feature of the proe will be the playing of the st Movement of Rachmaninoff’s second Concerto by Lucy Fullwood, ste, or orchestral accompaniment, _ The local vocalists for the evening be Anita Ledsham and Percy Nicholls.
