"PHL liquid in an accumulator shonld always be kept at the level recommended by the makers, which is generally at least a quarter of an inch above the top of the plates. T is not safe to assume that a set will not interfere with your neighbours because it is a one-valver, for as a matter of fact it is very often the oneyalve set which causes so much interference with other people’s programmes.
