1YA Features Two new artists appear to-night-Mrs. J. S. Smith (soprano) and A.
WH. Pearson (baritone). Both vocalists will render well-known ballads. Of particular interest will be a humorous piano interlude to be played by Dorothea Ryan and the Salon Orchestra, entitled "The Cat and th. Mouse." At 2YA "THERE will be a relay from the Coneert Chamber of the Wellington Town Hall of a concert by the Wellington Apollo Singers, under the directioa of H. Temple White. The programme will include numerous choral numbers, ’cello solos by George Ellwood, a pianoforte duet by Ernest Jenner and Wm. Billington, and vocal solos by Teresa McEnroe, From 3YA A COMMUNITY singing rally, to be held in the Civic Theatre, will be relayed. From 4YA "THE programme to be provided by 4YA will be one of a varied nature, comprising xylophone, piano-accordion, and musical saw numbers, ventriloquail humour, vocal quartets, duets, solos, and selections by McCaw’s Saxophone.
