The 8d stamp (2d postage and id charity) for letters or any articles on which 2d is required, and a 2d stamp (1d postage and 1d charity) for newspapers, Christmas cards, packets, etc., on which the postage is 1d. The funds raised are to be applied to the establishment of permanent bases throughout the Dominion for children’s health camps. With the funds raised during the two previous years the erection of the first camp has been commenced, and will be used early in 1932. The movement is a first line attack on incipient tuberculosis, and is designed to help children whose parents cannot af- " ford this protection from the danger of infection. Notwithstanding that the present is a very difficult period, it is hoped that all members of the community will assist to the best of their ability.
