1YA Church Service Committee
A MENTING of the 1YA Church Service Committee was held on October 13, there being present: Revs. G. Coats (Anglican), W. D. MborrisonSutherland (Presbyterian), Geo. | Heighway (Congregational), W. Walker (Methodist), Ensign Thorne (Salvation Army), and Mr. L. C, Barnes, who presided. The matter of arranging a date for the broadeast of a Unitarian service was left to the chairman. The station manager reported that arrangements had been made to broadcast the services to be held in St. Matthew’s Church at midday on Thursdays. Arrangements for Christmas and New Year broadcasts were made. A Presbyterian service will be broadcast on Christmas morning and a service at St. Matthew’s in the evening.
