1YA Topics THE studio concert will be provided by: the Auckland Society of Musicians and will be of a classical nature. Wellington Features STUDIO concert by the Singing Circle of the Pioneer Club, under the direction of Mrs. Ginn, in association with the Salon Orchestra, will. be broadeast. The choral numbers will include "The Peaceful Western Wind," "4 Summer Impromptu," and "Ye Banks and Braes." The Salon Orchestra: will be heard in the overture "Nell Gwynn Dances," the waltzes ‘"Amourette’? and "Dream of Youth," a novelty, "The Clock on the Mantel," by Wheeler, the selections "Primrose" and ‘"Morq and the latest dance novelties. ‘ From 3YA ESULTS from the Canterbury Jockey Club’s meeting will be broadcast by SYA, which will be on the air from 11.30. The lecturer for the international programme at 8YA-will be Dr. C. KH. Beeby, of Canterbury College. His subject will be "Man Versus Machines in America." A
