From. 3YA An inter-city debate by teams representing the W.E.A. of Christ church and the W.E.A. of Dunedin will be broadcast by 3YA and 4YA. The subject will be "That the Democratic Control of the State has outlived its usefulness." In the second half of the programme from 83YA the Valencia Quartet will sing a number of popular concerted numbers, such as "John Peel," "Sing a Song of Sixpence," "The Lass of Richmond Hill," and "Golden Slumbers Kiss Your Byes." ’ At Dunedin HE second half of 4YA’s programme will be provided by well known 4YA artists.
