Canterbury v. Otago DEBATH, to be. conducted on relay between Otago and Canterbury, will take place on Wednesday, June 17, and will be broadcast by 8YA and 4YA, The subject will be: "That the Democratic Control of the State has Outlived Its Usefulness." he: Canterbury team will be: Mr. W. Stewart (leader), Miss M. McLean and Mr. R. A. Bruce. Mr. W. Bridgeman (leader), Mrs. Webster and Mr. EB. Langford vill represent Otago. The judge will-be Professor James Shelley, of Canterbury College.
