"The Maker of Dreams"
American Television Play A MERIOA’S first television play, "The Maker of Dreams," has just been given from the Chicago broadcasting stations WOSXAP and WMAQ. Before the transmission was carried out, experiments were conducted to determine the most suitable form of artistes’ make-up. A eontemporary states that the Ame‘ricans are turning their attention seriously ‘to television problems, but it would appear that they are lagging behind Britain, for a television play, "The Man With the Flower in His Mouth," was broadcast in that country a year ago.
