; HB law which was passed last year \ by the State of South Carolina, im\posing a tax on radio sets, has been " déclared illegal. The basis of the decision is stated to be the fact that as the station WBT (which brought the action) broadcasts beyond the confines of South Carolina it is engaged in interState commerce, and the tax is therefore an interference with such commerce,
