LASst week we published a letter from Mr. H. Booth denying on behalf of the B class stations that a recent deputation of their organisation to the Postmaster-General had raised the question of sponsored programmes as we had stated on the authority of an informant. We find that Mr. Booth’s statement is correct and our informant on this occasion was in error. An injustice was therefore done Mr. Booth last week, which we have pleasure in rectifying.
