NRH, Costa Rica, Changes Call. [* is reported that the Government of Costa Rica has changed the eall of Senor Cespede’s short-wave station NRH to TIH. This station broadcasts daily from 8 p.m. to 4 p.m, New Zealand summer time, on 30.5 metres. WIXAZ, Springfield, Mass., 31.35 metres.-Does not reach good volume during the afternoon as a rule, but at 12.80 a.m. with their "Rising Sun Series" they are quite good, reaching R8.
