NE of the best methods of protecting the end of a lead-in tube from wet is to fit over the terminal an empty shaving-stick cover, which will keep that end of the tube dry in almost any weather. HEN an aerial must of necessity be supported against a wall it snould not be. stapled to this, but should be fixed’ on ‘"stand-off? insulators, so that there is plenty of air spacing between the, wire and the wall.
