Auckland Features A FURTHER relay of the Auckland Racing Club’s meeting, interspersed with gramophone items, will take place. During the programme from 1YA the Monte Carlo Orchestra, under the direction of Mr. F. K. Cunninghem. will give several items. Mrs. Pcarl Owen, mezzo-contralto, is singing the well-known __ ballads,
"Pale Moon" and "Cradle Song" by Kreisler, Mr. Arthur Simpson, baritone, will aiso be heard. He has included among his items the novelty number entitled "The Bassoon." Vocal and instrumental numbers will be given by the Neiafu Duo, another popular combination at this station. Wellington Notes HIS evening’s programme will be bright and varied. Circumstances permitting, a relay of a sound film feature showing at the Majestic Theatre will be carried out. . From 3YA J[T=Ms to suit all tastes will be included in this evening’s entertainment, .
