N a recent Sunday evening 4YA was asked to broadcast a’ message to find: the whereabouts of a Timaru ‘gentleman’ whose son had died and who was known to be somewhere in Otago. ‘Within an hour of the announcement being broadcast, the gentleman called ‘in at 4YA.:
