"[HE arrangements for making announcements to the luge crowd at the Fourth Test were very good. Three loud speakers were placed on a high pole in front of the grardstand, and the announcer could be heard distinetly all over the ground. At odd moments during the day when nothing interesting was happening, griimophone music was broadcast through these speakers to entertain the crowd.
