The contest will be held in the 2YA studio on the evening of August 28, and will be broadcast as already announced. test will be brought to Wellington at the expense of the "Radio Record" for participation in the Wellington contest. The "Radio Record" Spelling Bee booklet, giving the list of words to be used as the basis of the contest, is now available, and has been distributed to™% the principal booksellers in Auckland..9 and Wellington. Listeners at other points who are interested in having a copy of the booklet in order to follow the progress of the Spelling Bee, are advised to either write direct for 2 copy, price 6d., or ask their booksellers to procure same for them. Also reprinted in the booklet are the two articles by the Rev, A. B. Chappell, M,A., which appeared in the "Radio Record, " viz.. "The Growth of Words," and "Pleasures of the Dictionary."
