Ingredients: 4 carrots, 4lb. sugar, 4 lemons or oranges, 4 pints of water. j Method: Grate the carrots, take the juice from lemons or /, oranges and cut up the rinds s)\ finely. Put carrots, rinds and juice in the water and soak for wventy-four hours.
