A. MEBTING of the 8YA Children’s Sessions Advisory Committee was held on Monday, May 5, Mr. D. E. Parton (representing the Y.M.0.A.) presiding. There were also present Mrs. D. Jamies (Welsh Society), Mrs. A. J. MeLaren (National Council of Women); Mrs. J. Schenkel (Mothers’ Union), Mrs. R. Tomlinson (Society for. Protection of Women and Children), Miss M. Hall (Children’s -Ses-
sion Organiser-secretary), Mr. W. A. Rumbold (Headmasters’ Association), Rev. F. Rule (Presbyterian Orphanages), My. J. Ball (Hditor-Announcer), Mr. 0. S. Booth ("Ohuckle"). Mr, Parton was re-elected — for the ensuing year. , Very satisfactory and encouraging reports on the.work accomplished and on the proposals for the future were received and. discussed.
