Electric Dog Defies Burglars
A FRENOH engineer has discovered a new use for the electric eye, or photo cell. He has invented an electric dog that jumps, barks fiercely, and even tries to bite when a _ burglar throws the light of a torch or lantern in its face, The ray of light sets up the current, which, in its turn, starts the motor that makes the dog act like the real animal, and gives a, very effective alarm, .
