BRIGHT NUMBERS — Broadeast From 1VA. ATURDAY evening will be a relay from the Town Hall of a concert by the Auckland Municipal Band, under the conductorship of Mr.. Christopher Smith. From 3YA. N Saturday evening some of the very latest popular songs will be sung by the Joyous Pair. Mr. Ron Shand and Miss Lettie Craydon (late of Fuller’s), who provided such an acceptable turn of song, dance and story. Miss Helen Macdonald, a clever pianiste, will be heard in improvisations. Droll humour may be expected from Mr. Frank Moran, one of his items being a military sketch, "Fed Up."
