(QUESTIONS have been put ~ to "Switch" regarding the muchboosted announcement several months ago respecting a New Zealand invention to eliminate static. The writer is unable to say what has become of the invention. The Radio Corporation has a standing offer of £200,000 for a static eliminator which can be so constructed as to be marketable for sale to the general body of radio listeners, and to cost a sum which will not be above the heads of the populace.
