a small piece of ordinary blue-print paper and placing the two bared wires in close proximity thereon. The negative wire will immediately turn the paper white. I have found this method extremely handy on impromptu occasions, when other means of testing are not available, for there is nearly always a piece of an old blue print about which will suffice for the test. ed
