Radio for Farmers
‘A FHATURE of radio development in Canada is the extent to which certain interests develop their own radio station. For instance, one of tlte most important economie ventures of Canada is the growing of wheat. It is highly desirable that the farmers scattered over the prairie shall be informed of the trend of the market and other matters bearing upon théir own interests. The Saskatchewan Wheat Pool, therefore, has estabalished its own radio station CJBR, and broad-
casts from this regular programmes, giving not only the essentiial information necessary to members- but musi, cal and other items.
