Alteration in Date QOWIN G to unavoidable circumstances the Salvation Army Congress Band will not be able to broadcast from Whangarei on Sunday evening next. October 27. In place of the entertainment which was to be given by the Salvation Army -Band there will be a concert from 1YA Studio. The contributing artists will be. Miss Nellie Lingard (contralto), Miss Maisie Carte Lloyd (elocutioniste), and Mr, Eric Paton (baritone). Mr.Paton will make his initial radio appearance. The next relay from Whangarei will take place on Sunday, November 38, the concert being supplied by the Whangarei Band.
