English National Airs
Recital at 1YA T 1YA on Friday, Mrs. Daisy Basham, the well-known soprano hailing from the Hauraki Plains, will in company with the Clarion Quartet present a recital of English national songs.‘ ‘These will comprise melodies typical of the fifteenth, sixteenth, and seventeenth centuries, and a very interesting evening is promised.
