Broadcast of Golf Results "THE multi-thousands of golf. enthusiasts in New Zealand owe a great debt to the Broadcasting Company for the reporting of the results of the Amateur Golf Championships at at present being played in Australia. The enthusiast "out way back" hears the results very much sooner than if he had to wait for the daily paper. Country golf clubs have even installed: sets for the. convenience of their members, and it was not an uncommon sight to see players hastening towards the pavilion as soon as reports were expected. These reports will be broadcast as soon as they come to hand during the. coming week, and these results will be | the results as they stand at the end of the day’s play, ‘
