His beard did not now deal with complaints unless a competent radio dealer certified that the fault was due to Power Board lines. Mr. Hutton (engineer to the Southland Board) advised that his board refused to accept the burden of radio complaints If a complaint were received he asked that it be definitely stated where the fault was, .
