USIC of a high-class nature is to be popularised in New South Wales. As both the Sydney stations, 2¥O and 2BL, are under the one management it will be possible to put a classical programme on from one station and a varied popular pro — on from the other. Such a ment has met with success in "inet land, and there seems little doubt that it will prove satisfactory in Australia.
