2 cups whole wheat flour, 4 teaspoons baking powder, 4 cup treacle (molasses), 1 cup of nuts (chopped), 5 tablespoons dripping (shortening), + cup of sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 eggs (beaten up), 1 small cup of water, 1 tablespoon "Anchor" milk powder.
