New Plymouth Station

’ HE transmitting plant for the New Plymouth broadcasting station is being assembled in Christchurch. The chief engineer of the broadcasting company is busy on the job and already the intricate mechanism is taking definite shape. The plant will be thoroughly tested out in Christchurch before being sent to New Plymouth which will he able to boast a thoroughly efficient transmitting station. The apparatus which is being used has been selected from the various small plants taken over by the broadcasting company. The motor generator has been cabled for and is probahly now on the sea.
