Competitors must award marks , to each item: The lowest number of marks will be 50-the highest 99. (These marks should be given for the amount of pleasure derived from the performance, irrespective of any other consideration.) 3. In the last column of the coupon competitors must arrange the index number of the items in their order of popularity. 4.
