Boxing Broadcasts
Association’s Appreciation a. (THE secretary of the N.Z. Boxing Association has forwarded the following letter to Mr. A. R. Harris, general manager of the Broadcasting Company :- "At the annual general meeting of the New Zealand Boxing Association, held in Auckland on August 23, 1 was instructed to write to you stating that the delegates present expressed appreciation of the manner in which your company Cc0operates with our local associations in the matter of broadcasting boxing contests. "Might I personally take the opportunity of mentioning that numerous letters reach me, particularly from the inland towns of New Zealand, expressing gratitude for giving lovers of boxing, who are unable to be present at contests, the pleasure of following a description of the bouts."
